92L is not going to do a thing, unless it can form convection. Once the system forms convection is can help form convergents at the lower levels to form a LLC. This will take time.
91L appears to have developed a nice sharp wave at the very leasted. If not a LLC that seems to becoming much better organized. Convection is also over it. I think this will get the name Humberto, even so the nhc will likely hold off on it intill they have soild data to see there is a closed LLC. Even so it is pretty good now.
IN YOUR OPINION, will 91L or 92L snatch the name Humberto?
