Kitchen Nightmares(Attention Hell's Kitchen fans)

#1 Postby Brent » Wed Sep 19, 2007 9:41 pm

OMG!!!!!!!!!!! This show is a riot!!!!!!!!! This family, particularly Peter, is NUTS. Gordon looks like a saint compared to this guy.

:roflmao:

Aired on FOX at 9. I'm watching it now since I watched something else last hour.

So much different than the British version (which this show is based off of). Those Brits are calm. :D

Hmmm, I will have to throw this hubbys way. He loved Hells Kitchen so this will probably be right up his alley. To much yelling for me.

Hi O Town,
I kinda got tired of all the yelling on Hell's Kitchen myself and really I like this show better. Still some yelling but more of a story line on this one than the other one.

Alright, I will have to check it out too then. I like the cooking shows but I was more of a Top Chef watcher, like I said to much screaming in Hells kitchen.

These episodes are self-contained, it's not a competition like Hell's Kitchen. It's more like those Nanny shows or EM: HE only with a restaurant, where you start with a disaster and transform it.

I posted the preview for next week on YouTube.

Do they plan to have a Kitchen Nightmares Revisted for the American version? On the BBC America, they have Kitchen Nightmares and Kitchen Nightmares Revisited.

I have only one thing to say about this episode...Why was that place still open??? It should have been shut down a long time ago!!! I wonder why Gordon didn't just call the health inspecter to shut it down. This is truely a kitchen nightmare and it's starting to give me nightmares!

Did anyone watch last night? The manager Mike - oh my gosh! It is doing well 2 months later but you could tell Mike is beginning to get cocky again. For the owners sake I do hope they recognize it before he destroys it again.

Last nights episode - oh my gosh! That chef and sous chef were unbelievable! And the condition of the kitchen and the stench of sewage in the dining room? I don't know how he did it all in one week. I was sorry to see they sold the restaurant but maybe the guy was going to do something he wanted rather than try to take over in his fathers footsteps.
