The action is in the NE Gulf. YOu can clearly see he LLC now around 28 and 85. There will be no new invest. Buoy in this area is reporting 29.70 very low for something not yet classified. Further winds at this buoy have been at or near TD. This should be given TD classification at 5:00 based on obs. Looks to be inland later todat thoughModels blew this one.. Looks like landfall in Panhandle.
