FOR THE EASTERN NORTH PACIFIC...EAST OF 140 DEGREES WEST LONGITUDE.

THE REMNANTS OF TROPICAL DEPRESSION THIRTEEN-E ARE CENTERED ABOUT
1225 MILES WEST-SOUTHWEST OF THE SOUTHERN TIP OF BAJA CALIFORNIA AND
ARE MOVING EASTWARD ABOUT 15 MPH. WHILE THE SYSTEM HAS INTERMITTENT
SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS...REDEVELOPMENT IS NOT ANTICIPATED DUE TO
INCREASINGLY UNFAVORABLE UPPER LEVEL WINDS. FOR MORE INFORMATION
ON THIS SYSTEM...PLEASE SEE HIGH SEAS FORECASTS ISSUED BY THE
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE...UNDER AWIPS HEADER NFDHSFEPI AND WMO
