Storms crossing below 10n and above
Has there ever been a system that develop below 10n and crossed 10n or a storm that develop above 5n and move south of 5n. i wanna know and if you can tell i can thank you.

Ivan in 2004, Joyce 2000 is all that I know of off the top of my head.

Supertyphoon June in 1975 for starters. Then there was Typhoon Vamei that was below 5N for most of its life. For storms below 10N you need to look at WPAC.

Plenty of them, but it's fairly rare in the Atlantic. The last one to do so was Ivan I think. The record is Isidore in 1990 or 1996, I forget. It formed as a tropical depression at around 7N.
