Close call here but I go with 97L,because of the more data they can have than 96L.94L,will be more slow to be TD,if ever does so.

Was gonna say 96L, because the mariner's 1-2-3 rule with SubTD 11 highlighted 96L but not 97L, but they have reissued to highlight both as possible threat areas.

97L seems to be developing pretty steadely. I think the NHC is thinking already of sending a few of the RECON planes to St. Croix and missions should start tomorrow if possible.

I go with 97L :wink: but not easy to confirmed 96 L is very amazing....

I say 97L, a lot closer to land areas.

96L though its distance from land may cause the NHC to be slower classifying it.
