I guess it might come down to what happens tonight.

For clarification, if this becomes a tropical storm at 11pm EDT (0300 UTC Sept 1), what month did it form in for this poll?

If it becomes a TD sooner(say 5pm) it doesn't matter, it counts as an August storm.

Well in my scorecard I use formation of the "Named Storm", I think this would be a September storm.

If TD SIX is upgraded at 8 PM EDT it counts as a September storm as it will be 00:00 UTC September 1.

The correct September numbers seem to be 7/3/0 if Felix is counted as August and 8/4/1 if counted as September. (That assumes Karen is a hurricane)
