In general, Thanksgiving dinner is one of my favorite meals (my mother-in-law is an excellent cook and makes one heck of a turkey dinner).

One of the best meals I have ever had is at a place in the middle Keys in Florida, off of Route 1 called the Quarterdeck Cafe. They have a Piña Colada chicken platter that is so good, my wife and I actually drove down there from Miami (about a 2.5 hour drive) just to get dinner (before we drove home to PA from our cruise back in January).

Same here, Roast Turkey or Chicken is my favorite. Along with real mashed potatoes or yams, green beans, tossed salad, rolls or corn bread.

Just got back from vacation a few days ago, think I just might make this meal today! Even though it's hot outside.......still sounds good to me.
