As our system develops south of Cuba here is a link to the radar. This system has a chance for explosive development in a few days as it becomes nearly stationary over the NW carribean...

That little vortex over the Florida Straits has teamed up with some convection. That is what you are seeing there right now. Whether they amount to anything I have no idea.
