I'm not a big follower of JB at Accuweather (no particular reason... I just don't check their site often enough).

However, looking at the current water vapor loop, I'm quite surprised.

The reason for my surprise is because their is a lot of activity in all of the places that JB "scribbled" on his video maps... areas he said to watch for future activity. This includes the mess off of the GA/Eastern FL coast.

It's raining like cats and dogs here in Tallahassee.

Now I'm wishing I paid more attention to what he said about 92L... back when he was making map scribbles in all of these areas.

Go to talking Tropics forum for the real future action.Bones!!

That's what you said about "future 92L" when it was apparent that 90L wasn't going to amount to much.

Wow, how things change fast. I thought the action was supposed to be here. I ignored 92L all day yesterday watching 90L. Yes, I know it was just a swirl but it did go right over me. I come back here today to check on 92, "the system to watch", etc., and it's gone....wow.

Apparently 90L is now gone; so is 92L according to what I have read on this board. Maybe it's time to update the S2K homepage graphics.

wow, this is the second invest that Derek called a "shoe in hurricane" that hasnt made it. This isn't a shot at Derek of course, just proof at how unpredictable this ho hum season has been.....Nothing can get going out here anymore, and why should it the rest of the month????
It's been a decent season though overall in spite of all of the pathetic invests out there....

I did NOT say shoe in hurricane... I said I was getting close to making that call

I did expect at least a strong TS though and I blew that one big time

I apologize then Derek, I thought I read that somewhere in this thread, I probably took it out of context then, because I know I saw the words......

2008 though is right around the corner ;).... I'm sure we'll have much better organized storms then during September and October. This year was strange.
