Will the remanants of Bill regenerate once it gets to EC?

This is the general tropical discussion area. Anyone can take their shot at predicting a storms path.

According the the track from NHC it will move thru the SE US and go out from the US east coast off the Carolinas but the question is if there is going to be something left when that happens.

I live in Eastern PA... and if something would happen once it gets off the coast of NC, it could move UP the coast or move out to sea... hopefully it'll move out to sea, but we COULD use some rain here, after about 8 days of sun and warm weather!

i think conditions favor some regeneration. it needs to head almost due east though.
