Just an FYI for all those who enjoy frozen pot pies.

There is a map here :darrow: of all the states that are effected thus far.

I just bought some banquet pot pies for the first time in years because my girls said they had eaten some at in laws house and really liked them. I am still on the fence on whether I am going to toss them or not, hell they are only a few cents a piece......yep I am going to toss them.

I still amazes me that people still don't cook food properly. By the way, I love their chicken pot pies.

Look at the codes Amy, if they have P9 at the end, chunk them. I just heard today they are finally going to remove them all from the grocery store selves. All of ours had the p9 code so we aren't eating those suckers.

that makes me mad that they would even think about leaving them! Glad to see they are being pulled.

We eat the Marie Callenders - oh my gosh, are they ever good! A bit pricey but this week they are half price at Publix so they are only $1.50 each which isn't bad and that is for the large ones. The smaller ones would only be $1.04 I think. We stock up when they are on sale.

I just don't get it. Are some people paid to cut corners?

Yes. They are everywhere. They are given different titles. My favorite is O.V.E. (optimim value engineering). A fancy way of explaining the use of 19.2 inch centers rather than 16 inch centers.
