I did see where the other guy that left (sorry - I am not good with names) was fired at the end of this episode so maybe that means he will be coming back to House.
They will all be back, but not as House's ducklings. I think they have decided that it is time for the House's original "ducklings", Cameron, Chase and Foreman, to move on in their careers.
I agree they may be working in their own departments in the hospital just like Wilson.
. . of course, House will try to make their lives miserable. . . beside I like the new ducklings (I know who two of the "winners" are)
