Video Player problems

Can anyonw tell what to do, aytime i try do get a live webcast feed i get a scartch checkered screen. i get sound but no video can anyone tell me how to fix it.

what mediaplayer do you use?..realplayer?..windowsmediaplayer?

you say a LIVE webcast feed..what about a recorded webcast..are they ok or are they the same?
