we are getting it now.. white out conditions.. we will definitely have some flooding from this.
and right at rush hour too. Traffic will be horrendous.
msbee wrote:I think you are North of me Jimsot. and you may be getting more rain than we are because this system is North of us and is coming from that direction..
The heavy rain has stopped here now, but we got over 1/2 inch of rain in about a half hour. I can see from my house that traffic is a mess.
and on top of that, there is a fire on the road below me.
I cannot see what it is but I can see and smell the smoke and the fire engines are going crazy trying to get through the traffic.

how terrible!
what a horrible accident.
Those poor people.
What people from the mainland don't always realize is that even an invest.....it doesn't have to be a tropical storm or anything stronger.. can wreak havoc on our islands and cause such problems.
and there is more coming your way, Luis. This is gonna be a rough night I think.
I hope all the people in PR will be very very careful and take care and be safe.
Jimsot, yes, indeed, Anguilla is the most northern island.
Is it still raining over there?
It's still raining here but lightly.. and a lot of lightning. I hear no thunder though.
