once again watching thru the cloud breaks here the mid level is slowing beginning to start heading in the same direction as the low level - just slower in speed. It has appeared stationary for awhile this afternoon but is now on the move. Both are headed w-sw I think that's how you say it. You can see the upper level clouds appear stationary which I could not really see earlier what they were doing. Wish I had the video camera. My son does at school.

Little shift left and eastern new england could get TS (more accurately gale) winds. Looks to be more of a problem for Nova Scotia and Newfoundland though.

Well, the brick wall is disappearing, and the moisture from Noel is about to reach us. Also, is it me or is the latest burst from Noel heading westward?

Not a pretty Halloween Night for South Florida. Kind of scary with wind and rain. Remember all the scary movies, they always portray rain and sweeping wind!!! :D :D

If you run a water vapor loop, you can the upper-level winds have relaxed somewhat over storm this evening. But there is another shortwave trof moving through the Central GOM that will increase the shear again later tonight.

What is great is that I give out the candy at our house, and I use a fog machiene. The winds will push the fog juice around, creating a nice effect lol.

Over the past few hours it has been moving erratic, therefore, saying that it's moving towards a definite direction is very tricky at this point!

True. But with steering currents like this, even the smallest and most eratic of all movements can be very important.

I just bought this JVC Everio video camera and it creates these odd .mod files. So, I had to convert this to another format for YouTube. I'm still learning how to do this. It's very small.. I have other videos, but they all need to be converted and I'm out of time for now..

Anyway.. This is some of the video I took at about 4:30pm at Palm Beach...
