HEART BEAT AGAIN?? 93L

#1 Postby Toni - 574 » Tue Jul 01, 2003 4:33 pm

93L may be an area of concern that we will need to keep and eye on again.Looks like it is starting to pulse a little today. It will be approaching the Islands before to long.

Any thoughts and opinions out there? Will 93L develope?

Yes Toni looks tiny now but that was 93L last weekend so now that we are in july thar area west of 50w is a spot for development and that is why I am watching that little swirl.

Hummmm looks better organized this morning as more convection has formed with it and still it has a weak swirl around 12n-50w.Shear is low in that area and it is entering warmer waters that are west of 50w so who knows if this system goes ahead and develops but of course I am watching it closely from Puerto Rico.

Definitely Need to Watch

Looks to be the next contender. I have not checked any models or shear maps yet this morning so I do not know what lies ahead for the tropical wave but it is showing signs of organization.
