It was a interesting Atlantic Basin season despìte the many weak sheared storms that managed to form.14 is a above normal season in terms of named storms,6 hurricanes (6 Based on probable upgrade to hurricane of Karen in cyclone report) and 2 majors is the average number.Definitly Dean and Felix were the biggest headliners of the season,with Noel,Humberto and Erin the best of the rest.
Sidenote=The 2007 storm2k annual forecast poll will be posted in the forum on November 30th for the members who will want to know how many did get very close to the 14/6/2 numbers. I can only say that there are two frontrunners.
