Flurries are falling again here now.

Very nice looking outside, just enough to dust everything white, not enough to cause problems.

it should be getting colder from here on out in the South. After this next front, it should remain cool. So don't worry Fact.

Might have to wait for the next El Nino to get any snow, though.

Or not, you know; lots of people had a deficit last year.

We've got rain showers now, and the second wave of showers is coming towards us. Oh, and did I mention that it was freakin' huge?

Have there been any power outages in the Elmira-Horseheads, NY area?

It is snowing right now in my front yard. School isn't canceled, but I'm really sick so I'm staying home anyway.

It is really snowing outside right now, one more hour of this and the grass will be completely covered. My initial estimate was about one and a half inches, although it seems there might be a little more than that. Plus, it's sticking to the roads, which means school might get canceled early, which means that I have less homework to make up. :D

I know in Houston when they get a few flurries schools shut down for weeks (kidding?), but in Northern Virginia schools would let out for two inches of snow?

:uarrow: You have no idea how bad we are at cleanup here. Unfortunately, as it seems, the snow came far too late to beat the cars, which drove right through it. A while ago, when we got a monster ice/snow storm, school was canceled for three days because of three inches of snow, none of which was on the roads, although the sidewalks could kill you.

I averaged a few readings in my backyard, and I (locally, of course) have four inches of snow, which is the most we've gotten (locally) in about two years. It's flurrying, and it should stop before ten.
