Of course they do. It's in the radio frequency range, though, and thus is harmless.

They don't emit CO2. They use electricity, the generation of which emits CO2. The amount is miniscule, though, compared to other energy consuming devices.

Radio waves are not dangerous. The more dangerous spectrum are the ones with shorter wavelengths and higher frequences, like UV and gamma rays.
