Dallas suburb Bans Cell Phones in School Zones

Highland Park is now banning drivers from using cell phones in school zones. The ban has been in effect since December 1st to reduce accidents nearby schools, especially with children. University Park is considering the same thing.

Arizona (Phoenix) has taken a step and has outlawed texting and driving, well DUH!! I mean, how in world can you text and drive? I can barely DRIVE and TALK

We have a major problem with that up here. I think there should be a law against having a phone conversation for more than three or so minutes while driving. Unfortunately, that would be hard to prove, but most phones do have a conversation history.
