The most impressive Christmas display you'll ever see

#1 Postby Coredesat » Wed Dec 05, 2007 10:14 pm

How about 175,000 lights on the front, back, and roof of the house?

Image

This impressive display can be seen about two miles away, if you can get a clear view through the woods. Like I said, it incorporates over 175,000 lights, and the owner took three months to assemble all this. I don't want to be around when he has to take it down after Christmas! :P

Clicking the picture will take you to a Flickr gallery that has 10 more pictures of this amazing, amazing house.

Too little looks bad and too much looks bad. For the electric bill it will be a big help if you have solar plants!!!

In the future we may be able to use solar energy for our homes and Christmas decorations!!!

I imagine they conserve throughout the year, then just let it all go when Christmas rolls around. I don't want to be around when he gets his bill. :P

God, these people are worse for the environment than Canadian beer drinkers!

On another note, it does look nice (although obsessive).

Wow, I certainly wouldn't want to live next door to them or even in their neighborhood. Can you imagine the lines of cars to see this place? You'd have to get special shades on your windows at Christmastime!!
