In the process of moving

#1 Postby Andrew92 » Thu Nov 08, 2007 1:16 am

Hey everyone! You may have noticed I have suddenly not posted for a while. Well, I am now living in the Phoenix area. I am temporarily living with my sister, but will likely be moving in with a friend of her's this weekend. I moved because I am about to get a job here.

Goodbye Michigan, Hello Arizona!

Hope all goes well with your move too Andrew92. :D I'm in the process of movin' ONCE AGAIN!!!!!!!!! Where I'm at is just not for me and I'm goin to be by my parents. Which I need to be, cause none of us are gettin' any younger. Plus they are gona help me to where I don't have to pay daycare anymore.........which is a big load off my finances. So I'm goin' back to the coast! I'm excited in a way but my relationship with a man has made me sad, but I'm trying my hardest to keep the faith. BTW my move is 3 hours compared to cross country!!!hehe  Good luck!!!!

It's a little late, but thanks guys!

Things are currently going well in Phoenix. Although I don't yet have a job, I am working on it with some help from friends of mine out here. The thinking is that I'll probably have a job around the beginning of the new year, with possibly a part-time job before then to pay the bills.

Fortunately, I'm currently staying in my sister's studio apartment (yep, it's legal where I am!) and rent is going to cost me less than 300 until I officially have my own place either in December or January.

Well here I am at the beach shack! 8-) I have moved 4 times in the past year and a half! It's been very stressful! No wonder I'm gettin a bunch of gray hairs! My grandma owns this and this place was built in 1928 and since my grandpa has died its really run down, no air, no heat, but ill manage.....its a chance for me to save money and get my own place! 8-) I'm so depressed right now cause my b-friend is 3 hours away and my daughter is still livin at my parents but i see her everyday cause shes only 15 min. away.

So where are u Andrew? How;s Arizona? My parents went there 2 years ago on vacation and said it was beautiful.......they almost moved there. 8-)

I'm near downtown Phoenix right now. I am VERY close to a job, but any job I take I will begin after the new year. It's exciting and I like Arizona a lot. It is still possible that in about a month or so, I will be moving to Mesa with a friend, since I am living in a studio with my sister.

This needs to be said in big, bold, red letters:

:grr: :grr: :grr: I HATE COCKROACHES!!!!!!!!! :grr: :grr: :grr:

I finally had a little encounter with one of those nasty dudes last night shortly before going to bed. I'm not gonna lie, I wanted to make sure it was dead before I actually went to bed. (hey, a rhyme!) Fortunately, I was able to surprise him with a can of Raid and kill him right on the spot. But EEEEEEEK!

Guess it was due to happen, and something I'll have to adjust to a little better.

Don't come to Florida...The Cockroaches will take that can of Raid out of your hand and knock you in the head with it and fly away with a smile on their face...

With all the wierd crap in Florida its amazing how a Palmetto bug flying from one wall to another will clear a room of men in seconds...Also that feeling you have when all the lights are out and you can hear one airborn...

i hate field mice!!!!! My husband went up in the attic this evening and evidently our exterminator put out one of those little sticky pads that the mice get stuck on and then die. It was full. I have no clue how long it had been up there. EWWWWWWWWWWW!
