Cloudiness and showers continue in the Central Caribbean Sea in association with an ULL and interaction with a tropical wave ... conditions are not favorable for development at this time ...
The ITCZ is fairly active south of 10ºN but no discernable areas of low level circulations are detected at this time within ... and development is not expected at this time ...
Two very discernable low-level circulations faily close to one another are detected on visible satellite imagery in the Central Atlantic between 32ºN and 38ºN and roughly extending from the 50ºW-55ºW boundary ... very little thundershower activity is associated with the northern LLC ... and the SW'ern most is exposed with thunderstorm activity blown SE'ward well away from the LLC due to strong NW'erly flow aloft around the Bermuda High.
Tropical Storm Formation is not likely due to cool SST's, and a hostile environment ...
Tropical Storm Formation is not expected through Saturday ...
