They're predicting some snow around 8:30 PM, but skies are clear, so I don't think that'll take place... What do you guys think? I trust your opinion more then I do our local mets..

Could be a snow burst but the accumulating snow is over.
I still have a coating of snow on the ground as the sun sets.

Brent, how much snow did you get?
So much for the warm and dry winter we were suppose to have huh. Looks like next week will be pretty wet as well but a little warmer. I'm sure we'll have more opportunities in the coming weeks.Ivanhater wrote:Gorgeous pics Tim...I hate you...j/k...Still plenty of winter left so Im waiting for the next possibility..and this winter it looks like the Deep South will have many more possibilities with the active Southern jetstream...
brunota2003 wrote:40 here on the coast. The mets said we topped out around 11:30 and the temps "should start falling". Ugh...They kept rising until about 3 or so, then steadied out until maybe 6 or 7. They rose from about 40 (11:30ish) to 43 or 44, chilled there for quite a while, and finally started falling. Some areas that were supposed to change around 4 still are reporting rain. We were supposed to start mixing in around 7 pm...the temp is just chilling now, so I can pretty much hang any snow up. -sigh-
Was looking forward to maybe an inch, but now it looks like we wont see any snow at all...
