Archuletta did a great rendetion of Collins

He should be in the top 2 at the end if he can stand the pressure. He really doesn't seem to know how to sing a bad note. Truly amazing for a 17 year old!!

Cook did an excellent rendition of Richie, my favorite performance of the guys this week.

He will be in the top near the end, not sure how close to the end though.

Castro was excellent, mainly because I love that song.

He did well and as Simon said he is improving each week. Not sure he truly has the "idol" touch.

Didnt care for Chikezie much this week

Haven't cared forhim any week. He needs to go imo.

and Hernandez was really good, especially since he stopped growling in his songs.

This is a good year so far


The men have it all over the women imo. So far it is better than most years.


I completely agree. Luke needs to GO! Boring.

Tonight was the most enjoyable Idol performance show this early that I can remember. The men are far better than the women to me also.

Ramielle can go home now --- she was extremely pitchy through most of the middle of the song and my ears hurt . . .

Jason can stay . . . . never heard the song before, but good . . Simon does have a point, though. . .

Syesha will stay . . . she did very well. . .

Chikezie has improved a lot . . . .he'll stay. .

Brooke will stay. .. but it was kinda . .blah. . .

Michael . . . he didn't butcher Queen . . . that's good enough me. . .

Carly . . meh. . . .she'll stay

David A aka the judges' choice . . . .. meh note: I <3 Simon for trying not sugarcoat his distaste of the song.

Kristy will be going, I think. . .

David Cook -- ok, I have heard this arrangement before. . but who cares . . . .. checking iTunes balance again . . .

Agree, but I actually liked Kristy Lee tonight( :eek: )(although I love that song too). I'd put Chikezie in the bottom 3 with them. I really don't think Ramiele will go so it's between Kristy and Chikezie.

Michael Johns was amazing, best so far I think. Also good: Syesha, David C(I was REALLY worried about his song choice), David A(though I had never heard the song before)

Carly, Brooke, Jason meh.

Oh and can anyone tell me what Paula was wearing?! Hideous. Let's leave bad 80's clothes in the 80's. :P

Personally, I think Chikizie needs to go and have thought so for several shows.

Gotta disagree about Ramielle. She should stay, she is good.

Nooo.... not Brooke. I really like her. I don't think she's going anywhere anytime soon anyway. She's pretty popular and has a unique sound. I agree with you on Chikezie. I think he'll go this week. He was boring, IMO. I liked Ramiele better earlier on, but lately... meh, not bad, not great. She's cute as can be, though.

I liked Kristy Lee Cook a lot in her audition. Since then, she's been "ok" at best, except for that hideous rendition of Eight Days a Week. I couldn't stand it. I liked her tonight though, shockingly enough. I thought she was really good.

Michael Johns and David Cook were AWESOME! I love both of them... they're just fantastic.
