ITCZ is active
This is the most active ITCZ that I haved seen this season so far and being that active and with time will make the air more moist in the tropical atlantic and that could open the door for something to spin. Will something spin out of the ITCZ that is more north in latitud? Well time will tell what will happen.

Hurricanes for Dummies
What does ITCZ stand for/mean? By the looks of all the moisture coming off Africa, I would guess it has something to do with that, but I'm just a big weather dummy so I don't know!
