Wow............ Beautiful !! I love this kind of surprises. Yes, I know it was a non-tropical low, but it is not common to see a low developing such ring-shape.

Pedro, that storm looks impressive. More impressive than when Vince made landfall.

I have no idea about the intensity of winds around this low, just in the convective ring... I have been working in the evening and I couldn't monitor anything about this vortex. Thank to a friend, who has captured these images and attached them with a post in our forum (Cazatormentas) :D
