I noticed this article at Sun-Sentinel .com, (see link below) This sounds hopeful for the Lake O level. I hope we only see helpful rain events and nothing more.

Lake level increased about 6 inches in the spring, however due to the lack of any rain the last month, it has fallen again to just above 10' . Normal should be in the 14'-16' range

That's a good article but its an unrealistic prediction. They base their finding on a chance a couple of tropical systems hit us.If no tropical systems affect us we will still be in the drought because thunderstorms alone will not raise the lake level.

Not really based on any tropical systems. The SST's in the Gulf and around Florida are somwhat above normal plus were getting out of a La Nina. They haven't been forecasting Nina's to well. Hope there right but I give it a 40% chance of being right.

According to this article they do base it on a possible tropical system affecting us during the course of the season. Here's a snippet out of the article.
It should be a wetter than normal summer, potentially with enough rainfall to completely lift South Florida out of its persistent drought, the National Weather Service said Tuesday.
That prediction largely hinges on one unsettling condition: that a tropical system - or two - hits this region, weather service meteorologist Robert Molleda said.

Let's hope so (minus anything more than a TS)...

I can't remember the last time we had above normal rainfall predicted.I'm not buying it.Our weather pattern would have to do a complete 360°.

They'd have to be expecting tropical storm precipitation if you read between the lines.
