NHC website problems?

#1 Postby ftolmsteen » Tue May 20, 2008 6:25 am

All of a sudden I can't watch satellite loops on that website anymore. Everytime I click on a loop it knocks me completely off the internet explorer.

Anybody have the same problem?

I'm assuming that's just a JAVA application error on your browser...Use firefox or re-install your java or update it

Hi! I just ran those loops on IE with no problem, so you don't have to change browsers. If you are still having problems, try flushing the cache in your java. You can find it from Start, Control Panel, Java, then open the Java console and go to cache.

OR, you can go to http://www.atribune.org and download a nifty program (one exe file) called ATFCleaner. It will wipe the java cache, IE cash, temp files, temp user files, recent, & history. Used regularly, it really keeps your machine running fast! Used just before running AV scan, it really speeds things up - who needs to scan all those temp and hist files?

If you still have problems, read SSD information at the bottom of the loop page concerning java problems. If that doesn't work, WRITE webmaster with all the information just what URL, vers op/sys, browser, java, etc. They are VERY responsive to tech problems, especially when they've just completed updates to the site.

Cheers!
