Will this ULL head my way? Do I need to prepare? What are the chances of it becoming a category -5 storm?

The ULL might actually pull the moisture up from the SW Caribbean like its starting to do.Not a drop of rain here on the SE coast. My accordian shutters worked great no damage from the ULL. Rainband we are bored but its fun.

There was reports of a 6 and a half inch storm surge and 9mph wind gusts near the point of landfall. People are reporting droplets of water on their cars and that the leaves on their trees moved. FEMA is on the way to aid victims. This is a catastrophic disaster.

Damage reports so far estimated to be close to two dollars. Also, some insects are reported to have drowned.

Seriously. Even the Canadian doesn't have a phantom storm.... The Atlantic is like a desert right now.
