How old are you?
There is a thread about where you live, I just thought it would be cool to make a thread about the ages of people on this board.
I'm 22 years old. It's hard to believe I was only around 15-16 or so when I started on the boards. Years are going by to fast.

Waaaaaay the heck back, years, pages ago, we started a username/firstname/place/age, thread. I could dig it up or we could just start a new one. I say we start a new one (since so many on the old list are MIA).
I'll start a new one. It was an easy way for this member to keep everyone straight. One thing I did ask for was a first name (real first name, which hopefully no one thinks is too nosy to ask for).
Mary
PS - Edit, I never answered the question, I'm 53. Sigh....oh to be young again!

Re: How old are you?
19, 20 a month from tomorrow.
I joined this board when I was 15 just before the 2004 hurricane season.

Awww CM - I hear ya. 50 is a shock to the system. Wait until your AARP card arrives. I put off my application for 6 months but they keep sending me letters. I still laugh at the one I threw across my kitchen - "our records indicate that you turned 50 recently but still haven't applied for your AARP card yet...." bla bla bla. I shouted outloud - "that's because I'm not ready to admit I'm frickin' 50 yet, you morons...." LOL
But I eventually applied, was given my card and then started saving money.
When I started saving money, that's when I was glad to have that card in my wallet. he he
But an AARP card and a AAA card are two very different cards. I would ask if hotels and such, offered AAA card discounts first. Then I would resort to asking about AARP.
I don't think I faced turning 50 until I turned 51. LOL!
It took that long.....
