Buy a house, and get a wife

#1 Postby Jason_B » Tue Jul 01, 2008 4:50 pm

PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. - She's tried night clubs and online dating sites, but now a 42-year-old single mother is looking for love where everyone else's heart is breaking — the real estate market.

After a year of trying to sell her four-bedroom home and eight years of singledom, Deven Trabosh is offering her South Florida home and a shot at marrying her on the Internet.

"I figured let's combine the ad because I'm looking for love and I'm looking to sell the house," said Trabosh, who teeters around the nearly 2,000 square-foot house in patent leather heels.

I wonder if it works the other way too, if you're already married, can you sell your house and get rid of the wife at the same time? :ggreen:

I think people are taking ideas from the Middle Ages when marriages were arranged for lands or power to be acquired.

By the way, for a 42 year-old woman she looks pretty good.

This reminds me of the person just recently who sold his life on ebay!

I wonder if she can cook perfect over medium eggs and home fries? Does she like catsup? Can she ski? Is there a 401K hidden away? Is she afraid of flying? Something is wrong here?

LOL!

I heard about a reputable builder in my area that cannot sell brand new homes. He had a two for one offer going for a while - buy one home, get a second home for "free". Somehow I think there must have been a catch....LOL

This lady must be desperate!
