TROPICAL WAVE INTRODUCED ALONG 19W MOVING W 15-20 KT. THIS
SYSTEM HAD HUGE 5 TO 6 MB 24 HOUR PRESSURE FALLS YESTERDAY OVER
MAURITANIA WITH SIMILAR 24 HOUR PRESSURE RISES TODAY. WAVE HAS
A LARGE BROAD LOW-LEVEL CIRCULATION THAT IS SEEN IN THE LOW
CLOUDS FIELD AS WELL AS SURFACE OBSERVATIONS THAT SHOW N WINDS
IN THE CAPE VERDE ISLANDS AND S WINDS IN WESTERN SENEGAL. A
MID-LEVEL CIRCULATION IS NEAR 11N CLOSER TO THE ITCZ WITH
SCATTERED MODERATE FROM 9N-11N BETWEEN 19N-23N. ISOLATED
MODERATE ALONG THE W COAST OF AFRICA FROM 11N-16N.
Not mention of any surface low but a broad area of low level circulation and a mid level circulation near 11N. The wave has mantained strong convection near the ITCZ so far.

I gived it 2 days to see it's behavior, today is number one. So far so good. It has not fade out yet. Let's wait until tomorow to see if it survives tonight. 1011mb right now over Cape Verde islands.
