NOAA Imagery > Atlantic Tropical Satellite Imagery > Gulf of Mexico
Then select an overlay. Maybe:
Without Lat/Lon > AVN
Then perhaps make the overlay semi transparent to view the track better.

So if I read RECON correct the center should be around 23.2 and 93.2, is that correct?
