I think it will either be SE Texas or SW LA. Anywhere from Lake Charles down to around Houston.

I don't change where i think it will land once i pick a place initially (just cause things change so much as a storm develops and I am still to new at the game to make more educated guesses based on environments) so even though it looks less and less likely I'm staying with the Florida Panhandle.

I just do not buy it about LA! Why? because do you know how many oil rigs sit off the coasts of LA or even TX? IMO, if that storm was going anywhere near that area, they would need to evacuate and secure those rigs NOW. Currently they are not doing anything, which is why I am sticking to the projected path.
