I really feel for them. Dolly is moving so painfully slow, that it has to seem like an endless nightmare. Especially any residents that have not experienced hurricane force conditions before.

Not a whole lot of USGS river/creek stations in South Texas

Oso Creek in Corpus Christi has started to rise...

Here is a great site run by KENS 5 CBS San Antonio Station that sent a journalist to watch the action from a Comfort Inn on South Padre Island. Helpful to all those wondering how the island is holding up.

Here's a link where you can track power outages around the Brownsville area. Should be interesting to see what happens as Dolly creeps inland.

51.5% of customers in Cameron County are without power. :(

49.6% are out in Willacy County.

Just a note, I believe the city of Brownsville has their own power company, so those numbers don't reflect the true extent.

Wow RL3AO 9 inche sin just 3hrs, thats really impressive, i think anywhere in the SW quadrant which is also got the rest of the southern eyewall to come is going to get 15-20 inches i feel.
