* AT 1011 AM CDT...NWS METEOROLOGISTS HAVE DETECTED A SEVERE
THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO 12 MILES SOUTHEAST OF
GILLETT...OR ABOUT 9 MILES NORTHWEST OF YORKTOWN...MOVING NORTHWEST
AT 21 MPH.
* THE TORNADO WILL BE NEAR...
6 MILES NORTHEAST OF GILLETT BY 1040 AM CDT...

FPL would have a field day with this...They get this many back up and running in an hr..
