#1 Postby Yankeegirl » Sun Jul 27, 2008 3:45 pm

I know there is already a thread for this, but i cant find it.... Now that the price of gas is dropping rather quickly, how much is it in your neck of the woods?

I am in Houston,on the west side, and i found it today for 3.75. :ggreen: :cheesy: :ggreen:

I just did the math and I found out that we Canadians are almost paying $5.00 a gallon for gas when converted from litres!! The price is somewhere around $1.30 a litre in most regions. Now I know Americans don't have it that bad for gas prices.

The station where I usually get my gas was still 3.95 this morning and the one across the street was 3.99. But these are both on the route to the beach, so they are always one of the last to come down.

It's $3.57 today at Flying J in Orange, Tx., a little east of Beaumont, along the TX/LA border. It was $3.61 there yesterday, but a huge drop from recent prices.

The lowest I know of in Beaumont is $3.75 today.
