There appears to be a mid-level circulation associated with the convection now, and we've had over twelve hours of persistent convection. IMO, time to invest.

Cloud tops are warming, and it appears the center of the anticyclone aloft is very close to being overland in Colombia, putting this area in less than optimal shear.

It wasn't even mentioned in the latest TWO. That doesn't mean it shouldn't be watched, but NHC isn't expecting anything out of it at this time.
