92L: Not a TS?
On the tropical floater [url]http://www.ssd.noaa.gov/goes/flt/t1/loop-wv.html it looks like as its lost some of its convection that it has an outline of an eye feature to the southwest of the center. I have a feeling that in the next 12 hours it will flare up. It seems like Puerto Rico should have some kind of storm warnings by now.

The low isn't completely closed, once it closes it should be upgraded, it might go right to TS.

even though it is not a tropical storm i would think tropical storm watches would be up for puerto rico , since almost everything points to intensification
