Look at the Symbol of tropical storm Claudette at the map and you see those blue dotted lines those are decreasing shear tendensys but it is not a big area of less shear so let's see what happens in the comming hours.

That doesn't show shear above 300 mb, and that's where the big shear is as per this map (look at the light blue barbs):http://cimss.ssec.wisc.edu/tropic/real-time/atlantic/winds/wg8wvir.html
