CARIBBEAN SEA...
MONTSERRAT VOLCANO OBSERVATORY REPORTED A MAJOR EXPLOSION AT
ABOUT 1315Z...ESTIMATED HEIGHTS ABOUT 40 KFT. ADDITION PLUME
ESTIMATED AT 10 KFT SITUATED NORTHWEST OF THE SUMMIT. ASH IS
STILL BEING EMITTED AT APPROXIMATELY 6 KFT.

Yes part of that ash has arrived at eastern Puerto Rico but of course in a light stage not the black ash.Skys are very gray now over San Juan.
