The problem is he thought you said what funster said because somehow, the quotes keep getting screwed up. I'll go back and fix them.

I think it's still offshore, according to this radar from Punta del Este.

You don't use the Houston radar for a hurricane near Miami, so why use that radar? Use this one.

Re: ATL: Tropical Storm Fay South of Cuba
it also appears in that radar image that inflow from the south of cuba is feeding directly into the convective mass, not to the vortex SW of the convection which appears to have just about completely dissipated in the last couple images of the radar loop

ya well given this things speed it seems to me 1 of 2 things may happen
it will enter the fla straits around between 530 and 630 am. then
it will reach the SW keys by around 1pm (or should it direction be due N) key largo around 3 pm
or it will slow down and intensify alot.

It appears that an inner core has consolidated and this could be a hurricane by any time tomorrow, though im not sure. This definitely has strengthened since this evening though.

well it's starting to get me thinking
ARIC you have some good knowledge, are there any thing that would make you think this could slow down rapidly while over the florida straits, i'm just thinking worst case now, because S FL residents really don't have that much time , again i'm not thinking this will be that strong, but just in case
