Precautionary/Preparedness Actions... Voluntary Evacuations In Low - Lying Areas From Jefferson County In Southeast Texas To Vermilion Parish In Southwest Louisiana Are Being Requested By Local Emergency Managers At This Time.

Yup, been to Beaumont. I think it's lower than most of the island except the west end.
