If Fay holds an eye when she emerges, look out.

Yeah I wasn't sure if the trend was temporary, since she had been going up and down at times today.

Fay is definitely confusing to say the least. Sure looks like she will be emerging into the Atlantic very shortly. Will be fun to watch the new models come out in regards to this change of events.

I wouldn't be surprised to see the turn in the next 2-3 hours to the NWN or NW

Well it is getting pretty close to the ridge and i am starting to see a more constant North movement. I don't think it will be in the water that long.

HAHAHAHAHA!!!! Did Storm2K finally just give up?! HAHAHA!!!

Did anyone notice how the little map graphic at the very top of the window has completely dropped the cone part of its graphic? -no more little circles to show the projected path either.

HAHA! I love it!

Treasure Bay got pounded... nice pixs Ixoilb... sat out in my front yard on the beach in a lawn chair enjoying the 50 plus mph winds and watch the Collesium pier wash up in front of my house... awesome experience... exept when the Biloxi police wanted to arrest me, for sitting in my lawn chair during the TS.. that was really funny...
Yeah, BPD has had their moments, no doubt!! And wasn't that the year that they had JUST FINISHED the Coliseum Pier about two days before?? After the storm, me and the wife were down on the beach, between TB and The Broadwater, and had a lengthy interview with the Sun Herald. We made the paper the next day -- pictures and all!! It was surely one of our claims to fame!! :cheesy:

Anyway, for anyone who ever doubts the power of a "simple" tropical storm, Isadore was definitely one for the lesson books...

Sorry that may have seemed wrong. Wasnt trying to disagree, just rather curious as to why/how.

They decided it would take less ink to paint the areas where fay is NOT likely to go?

I guess everyone should be prepared to expect the unexpected outta Fay. I'm still not even sure if this will affect the NYC/LI area or not (particularly its remnants, but hey anything can happen)

On http://radar.weather.gov/radar.php?rid=mlb&product=N0R&overlay=11101111&loop=yes I've seen an accelerating track due NE for the past couple of hours. Click on the image to zoom into the center, and the tiny eye is there, and seems to have gotten a small band back around the north side in the last frame.

Ok well lets see..time for bed. Nightly wrap up has the Weather Channel Fay about to stop, about face, and then go due west...NHC Fay looping around through/near JAX...and Accuweather Fay with the safe bet from Orlando up to mid-SC coast.

This is going to have to take a big, BIG jog north, like.. 40-50 miles north, to come close to melbourne.
