I voted yes because looking at sat pics it looks like one now at 8:40 PM as I type this.

I agree...it is IMO a depression now....and likely tropical storm "Danny" within 24 hours.

It does look like it may be a depression, if not a tropical storm. Most likely going out to sea... but it is there to watch at the very least.

I think it will be a TD today, but I would not be so quick to dismiss it as a fish storm. I could be wrong, but after reading Larry Cosgrove's newsletter - it seems there is a chance it could move toward the U.S. :o
