nope , but it's close , she is at the 60W longitude

i think she is going to need to turn a bit more to the north, and that would have her moving in more of a line w/ the shear (less relative shear) as well as decrease the amount of time under higher shear

relax, they arent going non stop 3 days out, 2 days maybe if its a major...if they dont go non stop people will complain they didnt know, this part of the world needs serious hand holding and you know it, there aren't the brightest bulbs shining here

I think Hanna has shifted more to a NW track from WNW most of the day. What do you think?

Not to mention that millions of people live in South Florida and it takes time to get the word out.. not everyone watches the news daily

You know.. sometimes we have to seperate ourselves.. watching every millisecond only compounds the never ending feeling, at least with me. Its only been 12 hours that Hanna even exists officially and it feels like a week!

If Hanna takes the track that many models show, it will be a good thing to have that kind of coverage 3-4 days from now.

They are criticised if they "hype" and critcised if they don't.

This is something that is just monitored over the next couple of days....the long-term track is up in the air at this point as this snippet from the 5pm NHC discussion reaffirms:

IT SHOULD BE
ADDED THAT THERE IS LARGER THAN NORMAL UNCERTAINTY ASSOCIATED WITH
BOTH THE TRACK AND INTENSITY FORECASTS OF HANNA.

Won't this hurt TD8 from developing or let it move any more to the west?

I posted this morning. But I didn't think any one was wake much. and it was only a TD too.
The ULL is going to be trouble in some ways. But this ULL has been there the whole time and look what she has done. So maybe it is not going to be much as a factor in the play of Hanna but which way she moves up around or under around. I think up and over myself.

Now I did go and look at Andrew but I can't copy the it for some reason. But it is like right in the tracks. Sorry Fl I know you didn't want to here that. Get the boats ready and tie down the hatches. it is going to be a little bumpy in the road ahead

seems the NHC was tempted to downgrade her back to TD status but did not..if her apperance keeps up then TD at 11 seems likely... though most likely she would restrengthen over the next few days

Yeah I'm a little surprised the NHC didn't downgrade it since its been naked for quite a while now.

Still as lnog asit survives the shear for the next 24-36hrs then it should get into a set-up where it can strengthen somewhat.

LOL.....worked at Wal-Mart today to find Halloween costumes on the shelves.

I figured to see water supplies and food rather than costumes

I guess we should put on some scarry costumes and scare Hanna away

If it gets caught under the ridge it will accelerate to the W. Not saying it will be Andrew, but once he got under the ridge he flew towards SFL.
