GOODNESS JEREMY! You poor thing! You just make sure you get enough rest and don't push yourself too hard. I know it's the summer time and it stinks that you probably can't go out too much but you have a serious assortment of ailments. My prayers are going out to you buddy!

Jeremy, my dear Brother, your in my prayers always, I worry about ya Bro! I'm glad your home.......one heals a whole heckuva lot quicker at home than in a lousy hospital bed. Take care Jeremy, rest assured, you will remain in my prayers and thoughts.

Thanks Rainband... better each day, so maybe I'll be 100% by Friday. I return to the doctor Thursday morning at 0830 (which I'm not looking forward to, need my rest) and maybe then they'll give me a nearly clean bill of health.

I'm updating to let everyone know that when I see the doctors Thursday, they may need to switch this antibiotic I'm on... I'm not reacting too well. Maybe it'll eventually stop... but we'll see, I may need to take a few more days to watch this.

Jeremy...I hope you start feeling better soon. I'm sure the other antibiotic will work better. Unfortunately that happens often with antibiotics (at least in my family it does) and the doctor has to change it.

Prayers going out to you buddy...;)

Jeremy - you have one thing in your favor, IMHO - you're young!!! I've watched my own girls get well from a bad case of the flu, same one I caught, and they're on their feet in no time. Me? I'm still on the couch, days later. So hang in there, I know this will turn around for you. Young people just have a resiliance all their own. Hopefully the new antibiotic will do the trick also. Keep us posted - still praying for you.

PS - one more example. When Laura was in 3rd grade, she broke her wrist. With a cast it healed in 3 weeks! To compare, I broke my ankle a few years earlier, needed a cast up to my knee, and it took 8 weeks to heal. Then when the cast came off, I still needed an air cast for a week or so. Just hope that helps you a little Jeremy - gives you more hope, so to speak. Not what you're going thru, but it's been this mom's finding that kids recover faster than adults do. And you're still a kid in my book - under 21. So it WILL get better - you'll see.

Yeah... hopefully I can get something done about it... the problem is with one of the all too common side effects... the med works, but it is putting my bowels in overdrive... this isn't good!

Jeremy - sure feel for ya there (know what that's like). Keep working with your doctors, hopefully they'll figure this all out. Look for a PM from me too.

Yeah... hopefully they will... I'm not having fun with this, the doggone pill is what me and my dad like to call a "horse pill" so that's a double whammy(I gag on those things)!

My father is taking a small pill for his infection. Some of the very large pills are sure called "horse pills." I have never seen pills horses take. I am sure Linda [and others] could fill us in. :)
