supplies start pouring in... and Hanna arrives in the area 4 days later while all this is going on?
or what if all the help in going on over here when Hanna hits over there...

I thought about this today at work. I wondered what would happen if an area is hit hard and hardly anyone has power. Then Hannah comes in behind before power can be restored. I'm sure word of mouth will get around but there would undoubtedly be a LOT of people caught by surprise. It reminds me of the storm of 1900 and how it caught so many in Galveston by surprise and of course resulted in a ton of deaths.
